Happy Birthday To ME!

I'M ONE YEAR OLD!!! I had a SUPER time at my first birthday! All of my family and friends were under one roof celebrating my arrival one year ago.
Auntie Poukey make me a Noah's Ark birthday cake, complete with waves, fish, and a big ark that was filled with my animals (only one of each). Thanks Auntie Poukey!!

Before we dove into the cake, we took turns hitting my birthday pinata. It was my strong hit that broke the pinata and spilled the loot bag goodies all over the garage!!

Then it was time for the main event - my birthday cupcake. I stripped down to my birthday suit and prepared for yummy goodness.
At first I didn't really know what do make of this baked good, so I started sucking the icing off the top.

Then, I figured out that the whole cupcake was edible...YIPPEE!!!

How big am I??? SO BIG!!!!!!

Meet the Family

On the August long weekend, we went to Port Elgin for the Weber Family party. This was my first time meeting all of my cousins, great aunts and uncles. It was also my first time at Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Dosman's cottage. I got to sleep in a trailer in the backyard, which was SO MUCH fun! I was so excited I could hardly sleep the first night. I just crawled around on the beds! But once I fell asleep there was no waking me!

This was a big family reunion - there were over 40 people there! I had a lot of fun played with all of my little cousins.


The sunsets in Port Elgin are fantastic. Every night people gather on the pier to eat ice cream and watch the sun set. Mom, Dad and I even stayed late so we could see it just one last time.

What a great vacation!!!
